• Yona Beach Club reserves the right to deny entry at its sole discretion.
• No swimming or jumping off the boat for safety reasons.
• Weapons and drugs (including Category 5 medicines) are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in removal without a refund.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
• YONA Beach remains stationary for your safety.
• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests who do not follow the rules, dress code, or behave in a way that risks their safety or that of others.

We enforce a strict dress code policy.
Guests are required to wear smart casual or elegant attire to enter the club.
Sina Beach Club reserves the right to deny entry to guests who do not comply with the dress code.

ALL THE EXAMPLES BELOW ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN

Casual Attire:
Tank tops, sports jerseys, sweat pants, sarongs and elephant pants.
Offensive Clothing:
Shirts or T-shirts with offensive content.
Bags:
Cross-body bags, fanny packs, plastic bags, and satchels.
Topless Upon Arrival:
Men are required to have their torso and shoulders covered when boarding the shuttle.
Activewear:
Wetsuits, workout shorts and dive shirts.
Footwear:
Crocs, costumes, sandals, flip-flops with socks, and costume shoes.
Ripped Clothing:
Ripped T-shirts, pants, or shorts are not allowed.

ALL THE EXAMPLES BELOW ARE ENCOURAGED

Shoulder Coverage:
Tops that cover the shoulders, made from nice natural materials with Flattering cuts
Chic Casual Pants:
Consider pants made from quality materials like chinos, corduroy, or linen.
Casual Chic Shorts:
Casual Chic shorts are stylish and well-fitting shorts.
Footwear:
Clean and aesthetically pleasing casual shoes.
Accessories:
Stylish and clean accessories.

The Minimum age for the early hours from 13:30PM until 6:00 PM is 14 years old, accompanied with parents. The minimum age for the afternoon from 6:00 PM until 9:30PM is 20 years old.

Regular Days:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the reservation date,
  will incur a 10% setup fee. 
• Date changes are allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice at no extra charge.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the reservation date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation or “No Show” bookings are non-refundable.
• Refund processing time may take 3 to 15 days, depending on your bank.

Special Events:

• All cancellations and “No Show” bookings are non-refundable.

CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS

• All guests must provide their full name for insurance purposes before boarding.
• Upon arrival at SINA Beach Club,
  completing the check-in and insurance registration is mandatory. 
• Guests who refuse to complete this process may be denied entry.
• By accessing SINA Beach Club, you agree to these check-in and insurance requirements, which are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all visitors.

LATE ARRIVALS

• Late arrivals will not be granted entry. No refunds will be issued.

Yes, we have vegetarian and vegan options available.

SINA Beach Club remains at anchor and does not sail for safety reasons.

You can return at any time. Our shuttle boats run every 15 minutes. 

Simply inform our hostess when you’re ready to leave, and they will arrange a speedboat for you.

We accept major credit cards except American Express, prompt pay transfer, Alipay, google pay…

There is no ATM available on the boat.

SINA Beach Club features an eclectic mix of uplifting house beats and dance classics, creating the perfect vibe for daytime parties.

Yes, we provide the towels for the day, they will have to be returned before your departure to the main pier.

We also offer free lockers for our guests. A 200 THB deposit is required, which will be refunded upon returning the key.

Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance."

No worries! 

Our boat is equipped with a covered section that provides protection from the rain. 

We do not offer refunds for weather-related cancellations unless our captain deems conditions unsafe. 

In such cases, activities may be suspended, and guests will receive a refund.

The internet is free for SINA Beach Club guests.

No animals are allowed on SINA Beach Club for safety reasons.

You are always welcome to come as a walk-in guest, but it is highly recommended to book in advance to be sure to benefit from its private bed. Our floating beach club has a limited capacity, and we cannot guarantee beds to our customers who come without reservation.

Depending on your seat reservation, your package includes a food and beverage credit. Upon check-in, you will receive a wristband to use for purchases onboard.
If you exceed your credit, you can pay for additional consumption directly. 

Credits must be used on the same day in your reserved area and are non-refundable.

Yes, you can bring more friends with you to your private cabana space.
Your cabana package already includes a certain number of entrance tickets,
but if you need additional tickets for your friend, you can purchase a day pass.
This will allow them to join you in your private area and enjoy all the amenities and services that are included in the package.

Yes, you can come on board SINA with your own means. 
Parking or anchoring around SINA is prohibited, so our shuttle will pick you up for the last meters.

We have FREE/PAID parking space available in Bali Hai Pier.

• Swimming in the sea around the boat and jumping off the boat is strictly forbidden.
  Swimming at the pool is allowed at the guest’s own risk, SINA can provide life jackets on board but in case the guest doesn’t use them, we will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.
• SINA Beach Club does not sail for safety reasons.
• Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 20 years old.
• Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuable items during the SINA experience, as the company will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry, if in the view of the venue, the guests’ behavior or dress code is unsatisfactory, or that guests are not following the boat rules, putting themselves and others at risk.

All bags and belongings will be checked upon entry. Any restricted items will be held by security until departure. 

SINA Beach Club reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests who do not comply with these policies without refund.

• Violations of this policy will result in immediate removal from the venue, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

• SINA Beach Club provides accident insurance for all guests who have completed the check-in process and provided their full name.
• Coverage may vary, either fully or partially covering costs depending on the amount.
• In the event of an accident, guests must report it within 24 hours of their visit, accompanied by official documentation from a hospital.
• Disclaimer:
• SINA Beach Club is a floating venue, and guests are advised to exercise caution. 
• Water around the pool area may cause slippery conditions, and accidents may occur. 
• SINA Beach Club is not responsible for any incidents resulting from guests’ actions or lack of caution.

SINA experience is not recommended for Senior citizens over 70 years old, or pregnant women.
