Sina is offshore, reached only by our complimentary shuttle boat from Bali Hai Pier, Pattaya. From Bangkok: by car/taxi via Motorway 7 (1.5–2 hrs, set GPS to Bali Hai Pier); by bus from Ekkamai or Mochit (2–2.5 hrs, then a taxi/Grab from Pattaya Bus Terminal, ~15–20 min). From Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK): taxi ~1–2 hrs to the pier. At the pier, check in with the Sina front office beside the pier, show your booking confirmation or QR code, and board the shuttle.

Public and private parking is available around Bali Hai Pier. On weekends and public holidays we recommend arriving early, as parking can fill up quickly.

Sina opens daily 14:00–21:30 (except during special events / public holidays). Shuttle boats run from Bali Hai Pier from 14:00 — the last boat out is at 19:00 — and are included in your ticket.

For insurance and registration, guests provide their full name before boarding and complete security checks. Please observe appropriate beach-club attire and grooming. Accessing Sina means agreeing to these check-in and insurance requirements, which keep every guest safe; guests who decline may be refused entry.

Guests must be 20+ to attend between 6:00–9:30 PM. Guests 14+ may attend 2:00–6:00 PM only when accompanied by a parent or guardian — unaccompanied minors are not permitted. Alcohol is never served to guests under 20.

Depending on your experience or reserved seating, your package includes a Food & Beverage credit. At check-in you receive a wristband linked to your credit, used for food and drink across Sina. Anything above the credit is settled before departure. Credit is valid only on the day of your visit, non-transferable, used within your reserved area, and can't be exchanged for cash or refunded.

All major credit and debit cards except American Express, plus PromptPay, QR, Alipay, Google Pay and other selected digital payment methods.

There's no ATM at Sina. The nearest is at the 7-Eleven opposite the Green Parking Building, a short walk from the departure pier.

Complimentary towels are provided to all guests. Secure lockers are available first-come, first-served (not reservable in advance) with a refundable 500 THB deposit, returned in full when you hand the key back.

You can leave any time. Complimentary shuttle speedboats run every 15 minutes — just let one of our hostesses on board know and they'll arrange your transfer.

A little rain won't stop the experience — Sina has spacious covered areas, and being anchored means light rain has minimal impact. Refunds aren't provided for weather unless our Captain judges sea or weather conditions unsafe; if operations are suspended for safety, you'll be offered a full refund of unused credit or the option to reschedule.

Yes — complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout Sina so you can stay connected at sea.

A smart-resort dress code keeps the atmosphere premium; management may refuse entry to anyone dressed inappropriately. Not permitted: sports jerseys, sweatpants, basketball shorts, tank tops, sarongs/elephant pants, wetsuits/rash guards, gym wear, ripped clothing, offensive graphics, Crocs, socks with flip-flops, and oversized/plastic bags. Encouraged: tailored linen shirts, knit polos, chinos, smart-casual shorts, leather slides, loafers, boat shoes or low-profile sneakers, and clean accessories like straw hats and sunglasses.

Outside alcohol, beverages and food of any kind are strictly prohibited. Alcohol bought at the venue is consumed only in designated areas, and food and drinks aren't allowed at the pool. In line with responsible-service standards, management may decline alcohol service to anyone showing signs of intoxication.

Illegal drugs, narcotics, weapons and banned substances are strictly forbidden — zero tolerance, with immediate eviction and referral to authorities. Professional photography/videography gear, including commercial video cameras, drones and telescopic or detachable lenses, is not allowed without prior written authorization from management.

To keep the club hygienic and comfortable for everyone, pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Yes, up to the area's maximum capacity. Your reservation includes a set number of admission passes; additional guests are welcome to purchase a Day Pass, which grants access to Sina and lets them join you in your area, provided capacity limits are respected.

Yes. For safety and operational reasons, private vessels can't dock or anchor directly alongside Sina — approach the designated meeting point near the venue and our complimentary shuttle transfers you the final distance. Please contact our Sales Team in advance so we can coordinate your arrival and share the meeting point.

Access to Sina is by boat and via marine boarding points. For comfort and safety, the experience isn't recommended for guests aged 70+, expectant mothers, or anyone with injuries, reduced mobility or physical disabilities that may make boat transfers and boarding challenging.

For everyone's safety, swimming in the sea around Sina is strictly prohibited at all times. Please follow our team's instructions. The pool is open during operational hours with proper swim attire.

Standard reservations (regular days): reschedule free with 72+ hrs notice (subject to availability); under 72 hrs, a 25% setup fee is deducted from your package credit. Cancellations with 72+ hrs notice are eligible for a 50% refund; under 72 hrs or a no-show is non-refundable. Upgrades can be arranged on-site with our hostess team.
Special events & tickets: all sales are final — event, concert and themed-party tickets are non-refundable, and no-shows forfeit the booking.
Venue-initiated: if Sina fully cancels an event (not rescheduled), you receive a full refund of the ticket face value; if it's postponed, your ticket stays valid for the new date.
Third-party and card-processing fees are non-refundable, and approved refunds take about 4–15 business days.

Please follow all directions from lifeguards and staff. No running, diving or horseplay on the pool deck or in the water; proper swim attire is required, and guests showing signs of intoxication won't be permitted in the pool. Children under 18 are the responsibility of their parents or guardians and must be supervised at all times. Report any accident or hazard to management immediately.
