These terms govern bookings and entry to Sina Floating Beach Club, a floating venue moored off Bali Hai Pier, Pattaya. By booking or entering, you agree to them.

1. Your booking

The experience is a single package running 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM, with last check-in at 5:00 PM. Sessions may be offered by timing (e.g. morning and afternoon). A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive your confirmation and boarding pass.

2. Entry & age policy

• Minimum age 14.
• Guests aged 14+ may enter with a parent or guardian between 2:00–6:00 PM.
• From 6:00–9:30 PM, entry is 20+ only.
• Valid ID may be required. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke entry for safety or conduct reasons.

3. Prices, F&B credit & payment

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include 7% VAT. Beds, cabanas and lounges include a food & beverage (F&B) credit to spend on the day; credit is valid only for your visit, is non-transferable and non-refundable, and any unused amount is forfeited. Full payment is taken at the time of booking through our payment provider.

4. Cancellation, refunds & date changes

Standard reservations (regular days):

• 72 hours or more before your visit: free date change (subject to availability), or cancel for a 50% refund.
• Under 72 hours before your visit, or a no-show: non-refundable. A date change under 72 hours, where offered, deducts a 25% setup fee from your package credit.

Special events & tickets: event, concert and themed-party tickets are non-refundable, and no-shows forfeit the booking. If Sina fully cancels an event (not rescheduled) you receive a full refund of the ticket face value; if it is postponed, your ticket stays valid for the new date.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method and take about 4–15 business days; third-party and card-processing fees are non-refundable. We may cancel or reschedule for weather, safety or events beyond our control and will offer a date change or refund in that case.

5. Lockers & belongings

Lockers are available free with a refundable deposit of 500 THB. You are responsible for your belongings; please use a locker for valuables.

6. On the water & safety

Sina is a floating venue. You must follow crew and staff instructions at all times. Guests under the influence to a degree that poses a risk, or behaving unsafely, may be refused boarding or asked to leave without refund.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sina is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
